Director Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversaw design of paid demand gen and brand, display and social content ($50M+ annual spend) across BUs and priority audiences.
  • Built the company’s first digital asset management (DAM) system, collaborating with content and web teams to develop taxonomy, manage and maintain creative assets for 8 global websites.
  • Briefed and managed 6 global agencies and vendors (~$6M budget). Provided creative direction for photo and video shoots.
  • Supported 100+ events per year. Booth, experiential, and signage design plus collaterals and swag. Events: Dreamforce, Mobile World Congress, Enterprise Connect, and Channel Partners Conference. 
  • Implemented re-branding across the global enterprise, managed an extended team, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Conducted competitive research to inform leadership, stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behavior to drive innovation and keep the brand at the forefront of the market.
  • Established key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzed results to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.


Senior Manager Responsibilities:

  • Led brand strategy for transition from B2C to B2B provider. Led team of designers and copywriters to deliver 1800+ creative deliverables annually across all content types, optimizing workflows and processes for efficient delivery of on-brand, compelling design. 
  • Led the brand transitions for 8 acquired companies, including the creation of assets for 4 new lines of business. Collaborated with the UX team to ensure brand consistency across products.
  • Managed the budget ($200K) for creative activities, identifying cost-savings opportunities without compromising quality and ensuring strategic allocation of limited resources. 
  • Established the company’s first internal creative team, built the first brand asset library, scaled both to meet business demands.


Results:

  • Revised testing strategies and audience parameters for brand lift study in 2023. Our aided brand awareness (+11), brand favorability (+13), and purchase intent (+11) had double digit increases YoY.
  • The 2022-23 Global Customer Engagement Report contributed $2m+ in marketing influenced pipeline over 18 months (conservatively), with organic conversion rates average >6% (benchmark 4%).  2024 report generated $900k+ of influenced marketing pipeline within 4 months.
  • Worked with Demand Gen to improve efficiency, adjust targeting, test creative and ad type mix on LinkedIn. Decreased CPC by 22% and increased CTR by 25% YoY. Brand content took the lead and drove the highest engagement rate at 38% (Benchmark 23%).
  • Optimized design operations leading to a 17% increase in output, utilizing monday.com for trafficking of work and implementing templating systems and asset libraries to quickly scale delivery.

  • Established and scaled a successful graphic design, branding, and marketing company, managing all aspects of operations, from client acquisition to project delivery.
