Rebranded Design 2020 – Present
As part of Vonage’s transformative journey, I led the implementation of the company’s refreshed brand identity created by design agency Wolff Olins who was tasked with modernizing Vonage’s visual identity to align with its evolved position in the market.
Central to this initiative was the reimagining of the iconic Vonage V logo, accompanied by a contemporary color palette and updated styles of iconography, photography, and illustration, all meticulously outlined in a comprehensive design guide. Once the guidance was finalized my team was tasked with designing all of our brand and marketing materials, reimagining how we handled event design and advertising.
To empower the entire organization with the new brand assets my team and I created extensive galleries of iconography, illustration, and curated photography, providing a unified resource for creative expression across departments and initiatives. All of this work was made accessible via a newly built brand portal we created in Adobe Experience Manager.
I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams including product, legal, support, and finance to ensure seamless integration of the new brand across all systems and customer touch points. This involved navigating trademark considerations and working with teams to champion leaders to be brand ambassadors.
Through dedicated execution, my team facilitated the evolution of Vonage’s brand identity, positioning the company for continued success in the ever evolving technology and communications industries.
